En Rabassa Constructions we are a family business founded in 1975 whose main activity is the realization of reforms, rehabilitation and construction of all types of buildings in Altea and throughout the Marina Baixa region.
Three generations endorse our trajectory. From our beginnings, we have specialized in works with first quality materials and, especially, in the recovery and reuse of materials with historical and architectural value: terracotta and hydraulic floors, carved stones, century-old wooden beams, wrought iron gates, railings, Arab tiles and antique tiles.
We believe that every building tells a story. That's why, in every rehabilitation project, we strive to preserving the essence of the property while adapting it to the needs and comforts of today. Our team of masons, stonemasons, carpenters and painters work with artisan techniques passed down from generation to generation.
We offer a comprehensive service from initial technical advice and permit management, to complete execution and turnkey delivery. Every project, large or small, receives the same dedication and professionalism.

Recovered materials
We rescued from demolition pieces with high archaeological and artistic value. Clay and hydraulic floors, carved stones, wooden beams, wrought iron gates, railings, Arabic tiles and antique tiles. Each piece is selected, cleaned and restored before being integrated into the new project, giving it a second life with all its original character.
Handcrafted quality
Our team includes certified stonemasons, restoration carpenters and painters with decades of experience. We work with trusted local suppliers and use traditional craftsmanship combined with modern technology to ensure the highest quality finish on every project.
Local experience
More than 50 years working in Altea and the Marina Baixa give us a deep knowledge of the area: the local urban planning regulations, the particularities of Mediterranean construction, the best suppliers and the most appropriate solutions for each type of housing and climate.
